All applicants must submit all college transcripts, a personal statement, and two letters of recommendation.
Any applicant with a grade-point average of 3.00 or above (on a 4.0 scale) in the last 60 semester hours of undergraduate work before the baccalaureate degree normally will be granted regular admission.
Applicants who do not meet the criteria for regular admission will be considered for conditional admission, if their GPA in the last 60 hours of undergraduate work are between 2.75 and 2.99. Applicants who are likely to be in the conditional admission category should also submit GRE scores and are encouraged to set up a meeting with the MPA Director who eventually makes admission decisions for the MPA program.
The graduate advisor recommends the stipulations and requirements for conditional admission. Students who are admitted conditionally must achieve a GPA of 3.0 in their first 9 hours of course work. When the conditions have been met, the graduate advisor will recommend regular admission status to the Dean of the Graduate College.
International Student Admission

The iBT is required of international MPA applicants who are native speakers of English as well as non-native speakers of English.
